| Description |
After realizing that he's missing the cyberspace boat, Homer plugs into the internet and builds a web site. But when low traffic hits him where it hurts, he resorts to spicing up his cyberslab with damaging gossip concerning fellow townsfolk. Guest starring Patrick McGoohan as Prisoner #6. |

I really like it that Homer was actually able to pursue his "hair-brained" impulse, and get a Pullitzer out of it! It would've been too predictable for him to be deflated early on, and, I wanted him to succeed. Being impulsive should be rewarded.
Homer really is an extraordinary guy. I just wish he would stop strangling poor Bart.
Speaking of Bart, this episode made excellent social commentary, on Homer being too preoccupied with his website to listen to Bart talk about how angry he is and how his unexpressed feelings are manifesting themselves in switchblades and suspensions. Talking about feelings freely is humanity's next evolutionary step.
Honest John's Computers makes me ashamed that I once worked for CompUSA. We used those exact same tactics! Right down to scanning the deeds to our customers' houses. However, we gave them 12 seconds to decide instead of 10. That would just be cruel.
